9. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) — 4/10
Wasting its talented cast and the potential of its predecessor, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 collapses under a convoluted plot and the worst cartoonish antics this side of Batman & Robin.
8. Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026) — 6/10 (5/10 Personal Enjoyment Rating)
Refusing to capitalize on the fresh start provided at the end of the previous film, Brand New Day serves up a lukewarm plot headlined by a comic book icon the filmmakers have unwittingly introduced as an irredeemable villain.
